We are a small and friendly adult park located about a mile from downtown Zephyrhills. All of our sites are full hookups. We have both 30 and 50 amp service. For your convenience we have laundry facilities, nice clean bathrooms and showers, shuffleboard, horseshoes, on-site propane, and more..... Our unique clubhouse is second to none. Sit at the Tiki Bar by our heated pool with its tropical theme or enjoy the "park inside a park".... the fire pit, grilling or just some friendly conversation.
