We are a family owned business located in the village of Cape Vincent on the St. Lawrence River. Our facility has one efficiency unit, seven 2 bedroom cottages with screened in porches and one 3 bedroom house with an enclosed porch and an open deck. Dockage in a protected basin is available. We are conveniently located within easy walking distance of grocery and other shopping.
